- Organize the work load between the groups, follow up and manage them.
- Guide and support the team in reaching new suppliers.
- Review and evaluate tender documents.
- Responsible, revise and suggest for the value engineering studies.
- Review project cost estimates as prepared by estimation engineer in terms of the required material as per bill of quantities (BOQ), amount of work, material, equipment , and manpower requirements during the tendering phase, this includes all systems, products and services to clients specifications and requirements.
- Negotiating with the suppliers to reach the best technical and commercial offer.
- Close follow up and managing of projects through various stages to ensure high profitability, high quality and time delivery.
- Review the commercial offer including technical tender documents.
- Coach, Monitor and develop the team to assure proper efficiency and productivity.
- Revise the RFI before sent to the client.
- Follow up the communication between teams and supplier to make sure that we will get the offer needed on time.
- Conduct annual appraisal for his direct reports.
1. Degree in Engineering.2. Experience from 8 to 14years in construction field.3. Advanced computer skills on MS excel, estimation software and databases4. Demonstrate strong interpersonal, communication and presentation skills5. Ability to manipulate large amounts of data and multitask and work under pressure.6. Excellent verbal and written communication abilities across all levels of an organization.
