- Draft new and improving existing project management office policies and processes.
- Develop standard project selection criteria to prioritize projects in the pipeline based on strategic goals, resource availability, and potential ROI.
- Calculates the monetary risk for each project to save the company resources.
- Defines and implement methodologies and a governance framework including risk management, change control, and quality assurance processes to ensure that projects are initiated, executed, and monitored in accordance with the set guidelines.
- Manage the forecast of resource demand for the pipeline projects in the opportunity or approval stage and assess available resources and their attributes to identify resource gaps and develop comprehensive resource plans.
- Ensures the efficient utilization of human, equipment, financial, and other resources to meet organizational objectives to direct managers to take necessary steps to mitigate the same and ensure optimal workforce utilization, thus maximizing their productivity.
- Evaluates and recommends projects improvements to optimize operations for enhanced efficiency, ensuring seamless workflow management throughout the project lifecycle.
- Facilitates clear communication channels between stakeholders and project managers to ensure alignment of goals, expectations, and activities throughout the project lifecycle.
- Maintains a centralized repository where project plans, templates, lessons learned, and best practices are stored and made easily accessible to project teams and stakeholders.
- Develop all needed reports to be submitted to the direct manager.
- Perform any other assigned tasks as required by the direct manager within the same level of responsibility.

Bachelor Degree in engineering Proven working experience 12+ in a manufacturing facility in the project management areaSolid technical background.PMP certification is a must.Proficiency with related software tools, including but not limited to Microsoft Project.
