- Handle monthly, quarterly and annual closings
- Reconcile accounts payable and receivable
- Ensure timely bank payments
- Compute taxes and prepare tax returns
- Reinforce financial data confidentiality and conduct database backups when necessary
- Comply with financial policies and regulations
- Examining bank statements and reconciling them with general ledger entries
- Examining expenses submitted by employees
- Keeping an eye on incoming payments from accounts receivable and outgoing payments from accounts payable
- Substantiates financial transactions by auditing documents.
- Ensure all accounting activities of the company are recorded properly according to company requirements.
3 years’ Experience in general accounting, AR, AP and treasury.A bachelor’s degree in accounting English Section is a must.Ability to use and learn new computer systems is essential.English level: excellentAbility to keep documents well organizedExperienced in software systems ( Odoo) is preferred & MS Office is a must.Interact in a positive manner with internal & external contacts.Complete tasks within critical deadlines.
