- Preparing and maintaining a delivery schedule and communicating to all relevant departments.
- Ensuring the integrity of import / export documentation such as Bills of lading, GSP certificates.
- Reporting transportation metrics.
- Identifying trends across global transportation methods and practices.
- Organizing all shipments in line with company requirements.
- Coordinating and revising documents from suppliers/ customers.
- Deliver work reports to department manager.
- Manage Logistics operations to ensure efficient and accurate delivery of shipments.
