  • Contribute to the implementation and the respect of HSEQ policies of the Total Group.
  • Develop a high level of ownership of the Group's golden rules by sharing the safety culture with the team he / she manage
  • Monthly meeting with his/her team
  • Prepare BR data every 3 month
  • Monthly Prepares a detailed action plan for sales of Fuels for his / her accounts
  • Achieve monthly targets set for all activities he / she manage
  • Checks that all safety tools and instructions are totally implemented in sites
  • Manage to apply all operational procedures for Fuels, lubes, Bonjour, f&b and services 
  • Respect all legal processes in site operations
  • Official handover for all site stocks to shop or site manager 
  • Assure the maximum level of safety for truck unloading 
  • Proper usage for TOTAL Retail mobile application “360 ”
  • Revise Daily site’s reports sent
  • Handle customers complaints
  • Financial situation for young dealers 
  • Manage the staff trainings, meetings, hiring, vacations etc..
  • Good awareness to the market and competitors’ news and additions
  • See to proper implementation of all activities available in sites Services, bonjour, Lubricants commercial programming: communication tools, highlighting products, promotions, etc.
  • Participate in shop food and services developments and interfere in shop stocks ordering by shop manager
  • Always insure cash deposits accurately recorded on system, and assure the proper reconciliations for all site financial account
  • Achieve the highest control for all operations and cash cycles 
  • Monthly cash audit and fuels stock control 
  • Cross functionality with all involved department (Finance, Customer service, Human Recourses, HSEQ, Maintenance, Lubricants, Total card, Retail Marketing & back office)
  • Revise statement of accounts
  • Keep good connections with landlords
  • Always do random checks in EDBOS system to manage shop stocks
  • Optimize the management of the lubricant’s stocks (avoiding excess inventory and shortages).
  • Train the operators comply with the HSEQ rules and regulations (Top Service, safety, Tom card, stations procedures Manual etc.).
  • Must assure to hire the required Head counts as per budget for each site
  • Propose and implement the action plans required for optimizing results.
  • Achieve the maximum control for stocks and stores
  • Random visits in different times with reports
  •  Communicate all new instructions to sites and check its implementation
  • Monthly check and control gain & losses for stocks available activities + f&b
  • Apply the maximum level of hygiene with full audits 
  • Proceed with shop inspection list in weekly visits
  • P&L analyzer
  • Insure no expired products on shelves
  • Shop Stock intake every 3 months
  • Handle waste after reporting it to direct manager
  • Check monthly expenses and assure to respect payments procedures as per finance department controls
  • Delegate to give more higher tasks to all the hierarchy to promote staff 
  • 2 times appraisal for the direct reporting team
  • Update procedures used in sites operations 

University graduate with 3 years of experience, BS degree in Marketing or related field would be a plusFluent in English, French is a Plus.Basic understanding of sales principles and customer service practicesEffective customer relations managementWorking knowledge of customer and market dynamics and requirements Solid communication and interpersonal skillsResponsiveness in treating the internal and external demands.A friendly and energetic personality with customer service focusAbility to perform under pressure and address complaints in a timely mannerAbility to develop, plan, and implement short- and long-range goalsAbility to make evaluative judgments.Ability to investigate and analyze information and draw conclusions.Able to identify risky situations within the context of one's activity and warns the relevant services (HSEQ, Operations)
