Supporting and organizing Knowledge Translation (KT) activities in health research through planning, preparing, evaluating, and developing health KT projects and programs at the institutional level, proposing policies, rules, and procedures that regulate and support business and future opportunities, and help spread a culture of KT in the health sector, and build institutional partnerships that support KT and leadership at the national, regional and international levels. Job Responsibilities: Preparing proposals, plans, and programs for the Department and implementing them after they are approved. Planning, preparing, evaluating, and developing initiatives, programs, and activities that consolidate KT and leadership in the institutional work environment, in coordination and cooperation with the relevant authorities. Awareness and application of global best practices to provide a stimulating environment for KT and corporate leadership. Suggesting policies, rules, and procedures regulating KT work in the health field. Suggesting rules and criteria for evaluating KT projects in the health field. Coordinating with the concerned organizational units inside and outside the Institute regarding KT programs and activities in the health field. Supervising the evaluation of proposals, projects, and initiatives of KT nature submitted to the Institute. Cooperating with local, regional, and international partners that support KT and leadership in implementing KT initiatives, programs and activities, and institutional leadership. Coordinating and communicating with companies and institutions that implement and participate in the evaluation of KT programs in the health field in accordance with the selection criteria. Making recommendations to develop the healthy human element in KT skills and innovation, and coordinate with the competent administrative units in this regard. Suggesting ways that would increase the number of patents in the health sector and working to implement them after their approval. Spreading the culture of KT in the health sector and providing sponsorship for KT projects. Performing any other tasks assigned within the work field Qualifications & Experience: Master's degree in health administration, or related field; with +6 years experience in research and development positions in medicine, surgery, health administration, or any relevant areas; or; Bachelor's degree in health administration; with +8 years of experience in research and development positions in medicine, surgery, health administration, or any relevant areas. Requirements and Skills: Extensive knowledge of the scientific bases and foundations of research. Knowledge of knowledge translation/ knowledge management project approval strategies. Ability to use KT tools and techniques. Ability to use creative thinking tools to develop health projects. Knowledge of all policies, procedures, and regulations related to the field of work. Proficiency in the use of computers and applications. Full proficiency in English.
