Tasks, Duties, and Responsibilities
| Supervise installation, execution, and testing of MEP mechanical systems, including HVAC, chilled water, firefighting, and plumbing. |
| Ensure work is executed as per approved drawings, BOQs, specifications, and safety regulations. |
| Coordinate with electrical and civil teams to ensure smooth mechanical service integration. |
| Conduct quality inspections to ensure compliance with industry standards and project requirements. |
| Assist in the testing and commissioning of HVAC units, pumps, piping, firefighting, and plumbing networks. |
| Report daily site progress, material usage, and any deviations to the Project Manager – MEP. |
| Resolve technical issues and site conflicts by coordinating with consultants, contractors, and suppliers. |
| Ensure proper installation and alignment of ductwork, piping, valves, and mechanical equipment. |
| Monitor material deliveries and coordinate with the procurement team to ensure site requirements are met. |
| Ensure all safety measures and protocols are followed during mechanical installations. |
| Support in preparing project documentation, including work inspections, method statements, and progress reports. |
| Attend site meetings with consultants, contractors, and clients for coordination. |
Qualifications and ExperienceEducation: Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering.Experience: Minimum 1-6 years in MEP, HVAC, site EngineerSkills RequiredStrong knowledge of MEP systems, including HVAC, firefighting, and plumbing.Ability to interpret technical drawings, BOQs, and mechanical layouts.Excellent problem-solving and site coordination skills.
