Position Overview: As a Real Estate Cold Caller - Rent-to-Rent Specialist, you will be responsible for reaching out to real estate agents across the UK to explore opportunities for Rent-to-Rent arrangements. Your primary goal will be to identify and negotiate with potential property owners who may be open to renting their properties on a long-term basis.

Responsibilities:

• Cold Calling: Initiate outbound calls to real estate agents to introduce our company and inquire about potential Rent-to-Rent opportunities.
• Build Relationships: Develop and maintain positive relationships with real estate agents, understanding their listings and identifying properties suitable for our Rent-to-Rent strategy.
• Educate and Inform: Clearly communicate the benefits of our Rent-to-Rent program to potential property owners, addressing any questions or concerns they may have.
• Negotiation: Skillfully negotiate terms and conditions with property owners to secure favorable Rent-to-Rent agreements.
• Document and Follow-Up: Keep detailed records of conversations, negotiations, and outcomes. Follow up consistently to ensure a smooth process from initial contact to agreement finalization.
• Stay Informed: Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and changes in real estate regulations to better position our offerings.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in cold calling, preferably in the real estate industry.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Familiarity with the Airbnb model and Rent-to-Rent concept.
• Self-motivated and results-oriented.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
