We are a dynamic and growing company based in Dubai, UAE. We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant who will also manage our office operations, handling daily activities for both our UAE and Jordan locations.
- Provide executive support to senior management
- Be the main contact point for management
- Support and assist the management with the coordination and monitoring of recruitment, HR admin - supply chain purchasing, import and export logistics - accounting, pricing, bookkeeping - marketing management - web development
- Manage daily office operations and administrative tasks
- Coordinate and manage schedules, meetings, and communications
- Handle correspondence and maintain records
- Assist in project management and other ad-hoc tasks
- Support both UAE and Jordan offices with administrative needs
Skills
- Graduated with a business school, IT or engineering degree
- 5 years total experience minimum,
- 2 years minimum of proven experience as an executive assistant, executive secretary, or office manager
- Excellent Familiarity, Experience, or Knowledge with recruitment, HR admin - supply chain purchasing, import and export logistics - accounting, pricing, bookkeeping - marketing management - web development
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in office software (e.g., MS Office)
- Ability to work independently and remotely, if necessary
- High typing speed and skills
- Able to handle outdoor admin tasks
- English Fluency: Fluent in English with a clear accent.
- Familiarity with the business environment in both UAE and Jordan is a plus
Skills and Abilities:
- Leadership: Good leadership skills and personality to inspire and guide the sales team.
- Technical Proficiency: Skilled in Microsoft Word and Excel for creating technical and commercial quotations.
- Communication: Excellent business communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Research Capability: Strong online research skills.
- Typing Speed: Minimum typing speed of 25 words per minute (WPM).
