1. Chief Operations Officer (COO)

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Operations Management, or a related field; MBA preferred.

10+ years of experience in operations management, preferably in the jewelry or luxury goods industry.

Proven leadership and team management skills.

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

2. Quality Assurance Specialist

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in quality management, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.

5+ years of experience in quality assurance, preferably in the jewelry industry.

Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.

Excellent problem-solving abilities.

Good communication and teamwork skills.

Knowledge of quality control standards and testing methodologies.

3. Internal Auditor

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA or CIA certification preferred.

5+ years of experience in auditing or accounting, preferably in the jewelry industry.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Excellent communication and report-writing abilities.

Attention to detail and high ethical standards.

Knowledge of auditing standards and practices.

4. IT Support Specialist (Applications/Website/Digital Platforms).

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, or a related field.

3+ years of experience in IT support, preferably in the retail or jewelry industry.

Strong technical skills and knowledge of digital platforms.

Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Familiarity with web development and digital marketing tools.

5. Chief Designer

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in, Fine Arts, Jewelry Design or a related field.

10+ years of experience in jewelry design, with a strong portfolio of work.

Excellent creative and artistic skills.

Strong leadership and team management abilities.

Knowledge of jewelry manufacturing processes and materials.

Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple projects.

6.Indoor Sales Representative:

Qualifications:

Diploma degree or equivalent.

Social communication skills.

Sales experience.

Ability to work under pressure.

7.Occupational Health and Safety Specialist Supervisor:

Qualifications:

Holding a health and safety practice certificate.

At least one year of experience.

Ability to work under pressure.

8.Maintenance Technician - Electrical:

Qualifications:

Diploma in the field or a certificate from the Vocational Training Corporation - Skilled Electrician classification.

At least three years of practical experience in the field.

Sufficient technical expertise in general electrical installations and knowledge of maintenance work in general.

Ability to work under pressure and solve problems related to implementing maintenance tasks for the company and its branches as required.

Preferably a resident of Amman and its surroundings
