Stock Controller Assistant
Duties:
- Monitor stock movement and give the related daily, monthly, and annual reports.
- Prepare external purchase orders requests.
- Monitor and track goods in transit.
- Prepare local orders requests based on demand analysis.
- Prepare costing requests to be decided through the prober channels.
- Coordinate with service department about delivery schedules.
- Follow up lost sales reports provided from parts sales points.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering or any related field.
- 1 -Â 2Â years’ experience in automotive field.
Job requirements & skills:
- Very excellent MS-Office ( especially Excell ) experience
- Good command of English language.
- Excellent computer skills.
- Well organized, dedicated, hardworking and a teamwork.
- Ability to keep records with attention to detail.
- Written and verbal communication skills.
- Multitasking and prioritizing.
- Problem-solving.
- Ability to work under pressure.
