Roles and Responsibilities

 

  • Work closely with the marketing department in supporting the company’s strategic goals and objectives.
  • Conduct market research to identify competition and evaluate customer needs and keep up with market trends in the real estate industry.
  • Actively responding to leads generated through advertising campaigns and on social media platforms by making calls and through messages and emails.
  • Participate on behalf of the company in exhibitions or conferences when needed.
  • Assist in conducting property sales transactions.
  • Conduct property viewings.
  • Maintain customer relationships, provide excellent customer service, and meet targets.


Skills

  • Proven work experience as a salesperson in the real estate sector (or relevant fields) for at least 2 years.
  • Ability to work independently combined with excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Strong sales, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • Pleasant and trustworthy.
  • Proficiency in English and Arabic.
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office.
  • Experience with CRM software is a plus but not mandatory.
  • Fast learner and passion for sales.
