  • Build and maintain healthy candidates’ database based on company’s recruitment needs.
  • Maintain efficient and consistent communication with entities providing Crystel with potential candidates.
  • Post job vacancies based on the approval of HR Manager and follow up on applicants.
  • Communicate position details to potential candidates to attract and recruit.
  • Conduct thorough phone screenings and HR interviews to shortlist suitable candidates matching requirements in received recruitment requests.
  • Communicate list of approved candidates to responsible manager for further interviews and follow up to obtain feedback and interview results.
  • Ensure fulfillment of all recruitment requests as per the set requirements and within the set due dates.
  • Keep candidates informed of their application status through appropriate channels.
  • Inform new employees of onboarding requirements; training date, location, time, required official documents, etc.
  • Ensure all additional recruitment related requirements are met (tests, certifications, etc.)
