After an intensive and detailed technical training in Germany, you will be certified as a Fette Service Technician ( focus on Electro Mechanical capabilities ) and you will represent the "Service of Fette Compacting" at the customer's site. As a technical specialist and on-site contact person, you will make a decisive contribution to ensure the productivity of our customers, which will create a contribution to customer loyalty and the success of the company.

In addition to regular coordination within our team in the Middle East, you will work closely with colleagues from related departments in Germany. Your main task will be to install and commission our machines for our customers in the Middle Eastern region. Regular inspections, maintenance, calibrations and fault analysis will be a part of your daily work. You will have access to modern IT communication equipment and high quality tools.

As a Fette Service Technician you shall be ready to travel within the Middle Eastern Region for several days to conduct and follow up service interventions such as>

• Installation and commissioning of our machines
• Trouble shooting, maintenance and repair of our machinery and process equipment including all electrical, mechanical and IT-related work.
• Customer on-site support while using advanced remote online support tools, linked to the HQ in Germany
• Helping to improve our products by creating prudent documentation for usage of our knowledge management system
• Preparing service reports and logs for service verification purposes
• Provide technical support to colleagues and other parts of the Fette organization
• Continuously improving existing processes

Requirements

• Completed vocational Electro-Mechanical Engineering Bachelor Degree ( Mechatronics Engineering )
• trained as a certified technician preferably in the Pharmaceutical Industry
• Proven technical knowledge in the fields of mechanics, electrical engineering and IT/software for machines and systems and their operational handling
• Diligent working attitude in accordance with applicable guidelines and regulations
• Skilled in the use of IT-based tools and network, software and digital technology
• Experience in technical field service
• Very good knowledge of English
• Willingness to travel, flexibility and ability to work under pressure
