As an Inventory Monitor, you will be responsible for overseeing the inventory management at one of our stores. Your role will involve monitoring stock levels, reducing shrinkage, and ensuring the accuracy of inventory records. We are seeking someone with strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage inventory efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and monitor inventory levels at your assigned store to ensure optimal stock levels.
• Conduct regular inventory audits and reconciliations to maintain accurate records.
• Identify and investigate discrepancies in inventory records and take corrective actions.
• Implement and enforce inventory control procedures to minimize shrinkage and waste.
• Collaborate with store staff to ensure accurate and timely inventory updates.
• Prepare and present inventory reports to store management.
• Utilize inventory management software to track and manage inventory.
• Train and supervise store staff on proper inventory handling and control procedures.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• Proficiency in inventory management software and Microsoft Office.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• English speaking is preferred.
