Job Brief

Responsible for Umniah Cloud, IP System systems in terms of system administration, design, implementation, and configuration to support company related projects. In addition, responsible for capacity planning and operational activities, maintaining Cloud systems inventory and structure, and generate all required reports to ensure systems are running in safe margins.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain and manage Umniah Cloud and IPCC Network
• Implement Cloud and IPCC customer service
• Provide second-level support for Cloud and IPCC customers
• Maintain the ISP environment to improve the performance and achieve 99.95% monthly availability of the network and within the defined SLA
• Introduce new features and elements to the network
• Monitor and evaluate new features and elements additions to the network
• Handle data management and IP System reporting
• Maintain system environment design and product life cycle
• Handle capacity planning calculation and maintain systems availability
• Monitor and continuously support  Umniah and customers’ Cloud , and IPCC network cases and requests
• Implement and manage Umniah Cloud , and IPCC solutions and projects
• Perform the administration for the Cloud infrastructure
• Perform documentation for the system environment
