• Oversee the design and drawing of mechanical systems within buildings, such as ventilation, air conditioning and fire protection.
• Responsible for establishing and implementing all mechanical-related policies and procedures within a facility, while adhering to approved designs, schematics, and safety regulations.
• Ensure that equipment is properly set up, pre-commissioned, tested (if necessary), and commissioned as per agreed contracts.
• Responsible for designing and installing air conditioning and heating systems for buildings and structures, excluding the electronic elements.
• Estimate, assign, and schedule resources such as manpower, materials, consumables, equipment, and tools needed for all Mechanical related works before execution.
• Responsible for implementing and monitoring all mechanical related operations at the site as per approved drawings and methods and safety rules.
• Attend meetings related to the construction project, and go on job site walks to ensure the project is being built properly.
