Job Title: Sales and Service Engineer
Sales and Business Development:
- Achieve sales targets for laboratory equipment.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities.
Customer Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
- Address customer inquiries and concerns promptly.
Service and Support:
- Provide technical support and service to customers.
- Conduct on-site installations, maintenance, and repairs of equipment.
Field Activity:
- Conduct regular customer visits across multiple segments.
- Provide product demonstrations and training.
Professional Conduct:
- Maintain a high standard of professionalism and a positive attitude.
- Work under pressure while being productive and efficient.
Flexibility:
- Perform various tasks outside core specialty areas as needed.
Skills
- BSc degree in Biomedical Engineering or similar degrees.
- Has a practical sales and/or service experience in the field of laboratories for 2 to 3 years with a proven track record of success.
- Has a valid driving license and owns a car.
- Has strong personal skills in terms of communication and team-work.
- Has the flexibility to perform different tasks outside the core areas of his specialty.
- Has strong relationships with customers who can endorse him if requested.
- Has self-motivation and is willing to work hard in order to achieve his goals.
