Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Maintenance Supervisor at Sayegh Group located in Sahab. The Maintenance Supervisor will be responsible for supervising the day-to-day maintenance and repair activities, conducting preventive maintenance, troubleshooting equipment issues, and ensuring smooth operations. The role requires strong supervisory skills and expertise in equipment maintenance, preventive maintenance, maintenance and repair, and troubleshooting.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Electro-Mechanical Engineering, or equivalent. Experience in the manufacturing industry with 5-8 years of experience. Supervisory Skills Hands on maintenance attitude Expertise in Equipment Maintenance, Preventive Maintenance, and Maintenance & Repair Troubleshooting skills Excellent communication and leadership abilities Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines Relevant certification or degree in a related field* Prior experience in a similar role is preferred
