Digital Marketing Officer

An official development initiative in Jordan is looking for a potential candidate to hire as Digital Marketing Officer in Amman. The qualified candidates should have the following key responsibilities & requirements: -

Job Overview:

The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing our digital marketing strategy to enhance the online presence for our organization and our online marketing tools, engage with our target audience, and support our mission to promote entrepreneurship and innovation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategy Development: Craft a comprehensive digital marketing strategy that aligns with the organization's goals, focusing on SEO, social media, content marketing, email marketing, and digital advertising.
  • Content Creation: Produce engaging content for various digital platforms, including our website, social media channels, and email campaigns, that resonates with our target audience of entrepreneurs, startups, and innovation enthusiasts.
  • Social Media Management: Manage and grow our social media presence across platforms such as LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, and Instagram, ensuring consistent and impactful messaging.
  • SEO Optimization: Implement SEO best practices to increase the visibility and ranking of our website on search engines, driving organic traffic.
  • Analytics and Reporting: Monitor, analyse, and report on the performance of digital marketing campaigns and website analytics, using insights to optimize future strategies.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure cohesive branding and messaging, and to leverage cross-promotional opportunities.
  • Innovation and Trends: Stay abreast of the latest digital marketing trends and tools and recommend innovative approaches to enhance our digital marketing efforts.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in E-marketing or Digital Marketing.
  • A minimum (3) three years of experience in same field.
  • Proven experience in digital marketing, with a portfolio that demonstrates expertise in social media management, content creation, graphic design, SEO, and digital advertising.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, SEMrush) and the ability to derive actionable insights from data.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to produce and design compelling and engaging content for a variety of audiences.
  • Creative thinker with a passion for entrepreneurship and innovation.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
