Job Brief

Seeking a dynamic, results-driven, and out of the box thinker Broadband Products Supervisor to lead the value proposition and marketing activities for Umniah broadband premium product lines. This role involves overseeing the development and execution of marketing strategies, managing product launches, and driving customer engagement.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in product marketing, excellent leadership skills, and a deep understanding of the home broadband telecom industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the creation and implementation of the marketing strategies for premium home broadband products, including pricing, positioning, and promotion.
• Plan and execute successful product launches, working closely with different teams to ensure timely and effective go-to-market plans.
• Analyze market trends, customer behavior, and competitor activities to create new products and marketing activities.
• Collaborate with the sales team to ensure alignment with different channels, and to provide training, materials, and type of help that support product awareness and drive revenue growth.
• Liaise with the product development, IT, Network, and Marketing Communications departments to ensure a successful implementation and product launches as per the agreed roadmap.
• Think out of the box to introduce creative and new products/services for the consumer market that enhance the customers’ way of living and meet the customers’ needs.
• Monitor and analyze the performance of different marketing launches, providing regular reports and insights to the division head.
• Supervise and mentor a team of marketing professionals, providing guidance and fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.

• Manage subordinates’ learning & development requirements, ensure that it is successfully delivered, and provide related feedback to the management.
• Assign roles and workload distribution, set team objectives and conduct regular informal one-on-one meetings to deliver personalized feedback and provide support to attain goals
• Conduct a formal performance evaluation process for the subordinates to optimize workplace productivity
• Participate in the recruitment, selection, and evaluation process of new employees.
• Provide guidance and delegate responsibilities to subordinates to facilitate performing different tasks to support the succession planning process
• Manage subordinates' administrational requirements
• Assure that all subordinates are following Umniah’s policies and procedures and highlight any violation of the code of conduct
• Manage economic, efficient and effective budget plan and control in alignment with the department and Umniah’s strategy.
• Ensure that employees are engaged and motivated through creating a respectful and trusting relationship with them and communicating Umniah values
• Demonstrate flexibility in management by accommodating individual employee needs such as adjustable schedules or remote work options
