Job Summary:



The Bubble Tea Shop Manager is responsible for the overall operation of the shop, including staff management, customer service, inventory control, and sales performance. This role requires strong leadership, effective communication, and a passion for providing an excellent customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage Operations: Oversee daily operations, ensure the shop is clean, organized, and running efficiently.

• Lead the Team: Recruit, train, and supervise staff, creating schedules, and fostering a positive work environment.

• Customer Service: Ensure customers have a great experience, address any issues, and implement strategies to improve service.

• Inventory Control: Manage stock levels, order supplies, and maintain good relationships with suppliers.

• Drive Sales: Implement promotions, analyze sales data, and work to meet or exceed sales targets.

• Financial Management: Handle daily cash management, monitor expenses, and report on shop performance.

• Aggregator Management: Coordinate Talabat, Careem, and other delivery platforms, update product listings, and ensure accuracy and consistency across all platforms.

• Ensure Compliance: Adhere to all health, safety, and labor regulations.

Skills

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a managerial role, preferably in food and beverage.
• Strong leadership and customer service skills.
• Basic understanding of inventory management and financial reporting.
• Familiarity with POS systems
