- Develop initiatives aimed at enhancing the efficiency of the section.
- Monitor the section's technical performance and ensure alignment with Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
Technical Responsibilities:
- Review the company’s historical data and understand current policies to enhance performance metrics.
- Formulate new strategies and tactics to drive future growth of the company’s customer base.
- Prepare fact-based reports for senior management and shareholders.
- Foster strong customer relationships by understanding their needs and ensuring satisfaction without compromising company profits.
- Maintain long-term customer relationships.
- Represent the company at conferences, trade fairs, and networking events to attract new clients.
- Deliver compelling value propositions through presentations.
- Evaluate the sales team's performance to ensure smooth operations.

- Develop and implement a sales plan, under the guidance of the Sales & Marketing Manager, to meet business goals.
- Lead the sales team to achieve sales objectives by setting targets, managing performance, and developing and motivating team members.
- Provide professional advice to sales executives to maintain high customer service standards.
- Build and sustain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers to maximize sales and customer satisfaction.
- Facilitate communication with other departments to ensure a smooth workflow.
- Train sales staff to exceed sales goals and meet customer expectations.
- Address customer complaints and prevent issues during the sales process.
- Hold regular meetings with subordinates to review progress, discuss suggestions, and take appropriate actions.
- Identify and address training needs for subordinates in coordination with HR & Admin.
- Conduct performance appraisals and recommend necessary actions according to company policies.
- Determine manpower needs based on the recruitment and selection system and human resource planning.
- Manage employee affairs, including vacations and leaves.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the direct supervisor
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
- 5 to 7 years of experience in a relevant field.
