Overview:                                       
We are looking for a dynamic and innovative Marketing Specialist to spearhead our marketing efforts across four key regions. This role focuses on promoting our solutions in Building Management Systems (BMS), energy efficiency, low current systems, and HVAC- DX  products through strategic campaigns on social media, Google search, and LinkedIn.                                         
                                            
Key Responsibilities:                                
                                            
1. Marketing Strategy & Planning:                                        
Develop and implement multi-channel marketing strategies tailored to each region (KSA, Jordan, UAE, Iraq).                                         
Align marketing initiatives with the company's objectives for BMS, energy efficiency, low current systems, and HVAC- DX products.                                     
                                            
2. Social Media Management:                               
Create, schedule, and manage social media campaigns across platforms like LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and Twitter.                                     
Craft engaging content (graphics, videos, infographics) to showcase company offerings, industry insights, and regional successes.                                     
Monitor and analyze social media metrics, optimizing campaigns based on performance.                                 
                                            
3. Search Engine Marketing (Google Search & SEO):                                  
Plan and manage Google search campaigns to increase visibility and drive relevant traffic to the company’s website.                                        
Optimize website content for SEO to rank higher in search results for targeted keywords related to BMS, energy efficiency, low current systems, and HVAC- DX products.                                     
                                            
4. Digital Marketing platform:                                
Create targeted LinkedIn campaigns to connect with industry professionals, clients, and decision-makers.                                        
Share thought leadership articles, company updates, and product promotions to enhance brand credibility.                                      
Engage with relevant LinkedIn groups and discussions to increase brand presence in the industry.                                          
                                            
5. Content Creation:                                  
Collaborate with technical teams to produce product brochures, case studies, white papers, company profile,sales presentations and blogs.                                       
Develop region-specific content that resonates with local audiences while maintaining brand consistency.                                     
                                            
6. Market Research and Analysis:                                       
Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences in each region.                                    
Provide insights for campaign optimization and report on ROI for marketing initiatives.                                            
                                            
7. Brand Awareness and Engagement:                             
Organize and promote webinars, virtual events, and product launches.                                         
Build strategic partnerships with influencers, industry associations, and event organizers in the target regions.                                          
Manage the relationship with the companies that we distribute their products for                                    
                                            
8. Collaboration with Sales Teams:                                    
Work closely with the sales teams to align marketing campaigns with sales objectives, ensuring lead generation and conversion goals are met.                                        
                                            
Qualifications:                                            
                                            
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or Engineering, Communications, or a related field.                                
3+ years of experience in marketing, preferably in HVAC, BMS, energy efficiency, or low current systems.                                         
Proven experience in managing social media, Google search, and LinkedIn marketing campaigns.                                    
Strong understanding of digital marketing tools , Engineering and platforms.                               
Excellent content creation skills, with the ability to simplify technical concepts for various audiences.                                     
Data-driven mindset with experience in analyzing metrics and optimizing marketing strategies.                                      
Fluent in English and Arabic.                                  
                                            
Preferred Experience:                                
                                            
Knowledge of the building management, energy, or HVAC industries.
