The IT Manager plays a crucial role in overseeing the information technology operations within a manufacturing company in Amman, Jordan. Responsibilities:

1. Develop and implement IT strategies that align with the company's business goals.
2. Oversee the management of IT infrastructure, including hardware, software, and networks.
3. Lead and mentor the IT team, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous learning.
4. Ensure the security of the company's data and IT systems through robust cybersecurity measures.
5. Manage IT budgets and ensure cost-effective solutions are implemented.
6. Coordinate with other departments to identify and address their IT needs effectively.
7. Monitor and analyze IT performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
8. Stay updated with the latest technology trends and recommend innovations that can benefit the organization.
9. Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards in IT operations.
10. Administer servers, desktop computers, printers, routers, switches, firewalls, phones, personal digital assistants, smartphones, software deployment, security updates
11. Prepare and present regular reports on IT performance to senior management.
