Beit Jala Pharmaceutical Company is seeking a highly qualified Pharma Export Specialist in Jordan to perform the following activities:
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Follow-up the production, transportation & registration in external markets
- Follow up on the requirements and documentation of the Ministry of Health in different markets
- Open new markets based on the company and strategies regarding the targeted markets
- Oversee sales, monthly target achievement & addressing weaknesses
- Follow up on the collection process with the financial department.
- Analyze market dynamics & the competitive landscape in export markets
- Negotiate contract terms and conditions & pricing strategies with external & internal stakeholders
- Supervise stock levels of different distributors effectively & efficiently to ensure safe stock availability & minimize out-of-stock situations, while ensuring proper storing conditions
- Travel continuously to export markets to update market data with on the ground fresh insights
- Evaluate market shares of registered items in export markets and the effectiveness of promotional activities & distribution arms of company distributes & agents in export markets
- Analysis of existing & prospective markets to evaluate the effectiveness of the developed plan & its implementation progress, evaluate the best market access strategy for prospective markets
- Continuous analysis of the company portfolio & evaluating the product-market-fit in external markets
- Participating in regional & international exhibitions & symposiums
Skills
Requirements:
- BSC. Pharmacy or any other related field
- 3 years experience in Export Sales, Marketing in Pharmaceutical Companies
- Excellent command of English, and Arabic (any other foreign language will be a plus)
- Business acumen and importation /Exploration regulation in different parts of the globe
- Knowledge of logistics overview (export, licenses customs declarations, packing, shipping)
- Ability to establish a strong network with different departments internally
- Effective reporting, planning, and organization skills Foreign market knowledge is a plus
- Committed to providing excellent customer service and seeking customer satisfaction (have a customer-centric mindset)
- Strong negotiation, presentation & analytical skills
