  • Handle all customer requirements/requests professionally and ensuring high customer satisfaction.

  • Issue tickets and collect deposits or payments.

  • Inform passengers of essential travel information, such as travel times and transportation connections.

  • Make reservations for customers, explain rules and give quotes and fares.

  • Provide customers with accurate information about Royal Jordanian flights, times, dates and ticket prices for requested flights.

  • Inform customers about availability of flights and the best connections if more than one flight is to be booked.

  • Compile daily balanced sales transaction reports.

  • Coordinate with customer services section to solve passenger problems and complaints.

  • Self motivated.

  • Knowledge in Amadeus Ticketing and Reservation System is a plus.
