Job Responsibilities:

1. Serve as the chief technical owner of the FTTx project, have an in-depth understanding of the contract scope and customer requirements, and develop the technical solution for FTTx project delivery.
2. Guide and train engineering survey and design subcontractors or project implementation personnel to complete project survey and design, and be responsible for the delivery quality of project survey and design.
3. Participate in project financial management, continuously improve project financial management in terms of technical solutions and delivery strategies, and be responsible for project financial profit and loss.

Skills

Service skill requirements:

1. Be familiar with the planning, design, and implementation of FTTx projects and have experience in project delivery.
2. Have a basic command of the design standards and specifications of access network and OSP engineering. Have a basic command of access network products.
3. Strong promotion skills, strong communication skills, and good teamwork and organization and coordination skills;
4. Team or project management experience is preferred

Professional knowledge requirements:

1. Be familiar with the basic principles and knowledge of the telecom industry.
2. Have a basic command of the integrated delivery mode of telecom industry projects. Have general knowledge of contract, subcontracting, procurement, and commercial affairs.
3. Be familiar with various auxiliary design tools (such as CAD and GIS) and understand industry standards and specifications.
