Job Summary:
HR intern will contribute to significantly improving organization of HR filing system, ensuring compliance and efficiency. This role provides an opportunity for individuals to gain practical experience in HR, develop organization skills, time management skills and general understanding of HR regulations and compliance.
Scope of work
- Review existing HR files (hard and soft copies) and track to ensure all documents are complete and up to date;
- Categorize files into standardized folders to create centralized filing system;
- Digitization and scanning which includes saving files in designated folders on shared drive and ensure files naming are consistent;
- Develop file maintenance schedule and create standardized filing procedures;
- Update employee records and data base;
- Schedule regular file review and updates.

Eligibility Criteria
- University Degree is required.
- Fresh graduate with ability to learn and motivated for building Career or One year of clerical experience in a Human Resources Department.
- Very good knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
- Good knowledge of using office equipment’s such as (photocopier, scanner etc.).
- Good command of English both oral and written.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality with great attention to detail.
- Ability to work simultaneously on multiple tasks.
- Willingness and ability to work with a diverse team.
