Job Description:
- Collect and verify all essential information from finalized deals to ensure accuracy and alignment with agreed-upon terms.
- Generate payment links for customers, monitor outstanding payments, and proactively follow up to facilitate timely payment collection.
- Perform reconciliation of payment receipts with corresponding invoices to ensure accuracy.
- Organize and maintain comprehensive documentation for all deals, ensuring compliance and easy access.
- Update CRM systems with post-sale information to uphold accuracy for reporting, forecasting, and deal tracking.
- Collaborate closely with the finance team to optimize payment processes and ensure compliance with revenue recognition policies.
- Manage minor administrative tasks within HubSpot, including data enrichment, monitoring CRM data quality, executing periodic data cleanups, and overseeing report accuracy

Skills

- Proficient in best practices related to invoicing, payment processing, and subscription management.
