Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve high-quality coffee and specialty drinks according to standard recipes.
• Operate and maintain coffee machines, grinders, and other equipment.
• Provide exceptional customer service by welcoming guests, taking orders, and answering questions about the menu.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the barista station and front-of-house areas.
• Restock supplies, including coffee beans, milk, syrups, and other essentials.
• Suggest menu items to customers based on their preferences.
• Collaborate with the team to create a creative and innovative drinks menu that includes seasonal and signature beverages.
• Work collaboratively with team members to ensure smooth operations during busy periods.
• Follow health and safety regulations to ensure a safe environment for both customers and staff.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Barista in a coffee shop or similar environment.
• Strong knowledge of coffee brewing techniques and espresso machine operations.
• Creativity in crafting unique and appealing beverage recipes.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
