MAIN TASKS AND RESPONSABILITIES

-Organize and coordinate all referral transportation movements and programs in cooperation with referral office, ambulance drivers and focal points in the hospitals.

-Provide the finance department in documentation relevant to transportation.

-Maintain an adequate tracking system for vehicles and drivers’ movements that includes destinations, login/out and passengers on daily basis.

-Arrange with hospital focal points that availability of beds.

-Follow all emergency and elective medical cases transferred from the camp to hospitals with focal points.

-Create systematic process for ambulance supplies, equipment and medications check.

-Receive calls from clinics and registration office regarding cases need transfer to hospitals.

-Coordinate referral cases with referral office.

-Prepare daily schedule for elective cases.

- Insure that patients informed regarding their hospital appointment one day before transfer.

-Insure that all documents are ready before sending patients and insure that summery of patient condition is available when receiving cases from the hospitals.

-Coordinate and prepare documents needed patient companion.

-Prepare daily report on the excel program that includes that name of patients referred, name of the mother, number of UNHCR, date of transfer, pathological diagnosis, code of diagnosis and feedback.

- Get an SRAD permissions for transporting of cases .

-any other tasks as indicated by direct supervisor.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

Bachelor’s Degree: A bachelor’s degree in a medical field specifically as nurse. or paramedic

· Relevant Experience: At least two years of related experience in a healthcare or medical field experience in a similar role is considered an asset.

· Previous NGO Experience: Previous experience within NGOs or INGOs for at least one year.

· Strong Organizational and Communication Skills: Demonstrated competence in organizational skills and effective communication.
