The Senior Business Development Manager will lead efforts in acquiring new business clients while managing and growing relationships with existing ones. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in B2B sales and account management, preferably in the areas of digital customer engagement, customer loyalty, and/or SaaS-based technology solutions.
Skills
Bachelor’s degree in Business, MIS, Engineering or Computer Science fields (MBA preferred).
A minimum of 10 years of experience in business development or sales, with a strong emphasis on B2B solutions.
Demonstrated success in selling digital engagement, loyalty, or SaaS products is highly desirable.
Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets in competitive markets.
Strong understanding of digital marketing, AI/ML applications, and customer analytics.
Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
A proactive mindset with the ability to work independently and as part of a global team.
Willingness to travel internationally as required
