We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sales Manager to join our team. The Sales Manager is responsible for leading and managing all aspects of the sales process for the project in the market. Must have the ability to identify opportunities, develop sales strategies to achieve growth and achieve business objectives, follow up and manage their implementation with the Installations department and collections with Finance.
Roles and responsibilities:
Developing sales strategies:
- Analyze the market to identify opportunities and develop appropriate sales strategies.
- Develop solid business plans to achieve sales and growth goals.
Team management:
- Leading and supervising the sales team in Jordan.
- Guiding and coaching team members to improve their performance and achieve goals.
- Follow up on installations with the technical department
- Follow up on collections with Finance
Achieving financial goals:
- Achieve and increase revenues and sales in Jordan.
- Regularly monitor and evaluate team performance and implement necessary improvements.
Expanding the customer base:
- Build and foster strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
- Providing innovative solutions and meeting customer needs.
Developing strategic partnerships:
- Developing and managing strategic relationships with major companies and entities in Jordan.
- Seeking opportunities to collaborate with other companies to enhance growth.
Reporting and analysis:
- Preparing periodic reports for the company’s management on team performance and market trends.
- Provide strategic analyzes and suggestions for improvement.
Compliance with standards and policies:
- Ensure that all team members adhere to institutional standards and policies.
Cooperation with the team:
- Effective cooperation with the work team to ensure coordination of efforts and successful achievement of business objectives.
- Providing contributions and actively participating in meetings and discussions to improve team performance and achieve excellence.
Commitment to safety and quality standards
Skills
- Bachelor's degree in any related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a GPS Tracking industry.
- Negotiation Expertise: Proficient negotiation skills.
- Demonstrated ability to develop and execute strategic plans that align with the organization's goals, ensuring sustainable business growth and profitability.
- Excellent leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
