- Manage and develop GS1 Jordan’s database
- Provide current customers with technical support
- Conduct regular trainings to current and new customers
- Conduct customer analysis
- Handle customers complaints and Inquires effectively
- Process orders, forms, applications and requests
- Manage all customers documentations and records
Skills
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administrate /Information Technologic or related field
- Good communication & presentation skills
-Excellent command in English
- 1 year Up to 3 years’ experience
