  • Oversee the recruitment process, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding. 
  • Manage payroll, attendance, and employee records efficiently. 
  • Develop and implement training programs to enhance employee performance. 
  • Handle employee relations and ensure compliance with labor laws. 
  • Conduct job analysis and update organizational charts. 
  • Prepare reports and provide insights for decision-making. 
  • Additional tasks to be discussed during the interview. 

Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. 
  • Minimum of four years' experience in an HR supervisory role, preferably within an industrial or FMCG environment. 
  • Strong knowledge of Jordan Labor Law and HR best practices. 
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills. 
  • Located in Aqaba is required
