We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Account Manager to join our Social Media Agency. As an Account Manager, you will be the main point of contact for clients, overseeing their social media accounts, and ensuring that campaigns are executed smoothly and meet client objectives. You will work closely with internal teams to deliver exceptional results and maintain long-term client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and oversee multiple client accounts, ensuring their social media goals are met.
  • Develop and execute social media strategies that align with clients' business objectives and brand identity.
  • Act as the liaison between clients and internal teams, including design, content, and strategy teams, ensuring seamless communication and project delivery.
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance, providing regular updates and reporting to clients.
  • Build strong, long-lasting client relationships, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
  • Oversee the creation of social media content, ensuring it is aligned with the clients' voice and objectives.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, platform changes, and industry best practices.
  • Identify opportunities for account growth, suggesting new services or strategies to clients.
  • Manage client budgets and timelines effectively.



Skills

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as an Account Manager or in a similar role, ideally within a social media or digital marketing agency.
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms and best practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships.
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Ability to analyze campaign data and provide actionable insights.
  • Experience working with social media management tools.
  • Creative and strategic mindset.
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace.
