We are seeking a dynamic and flexible HR Operations Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in HR administrative functions, employee relations, payroll processing, and HR operations in Jordan and Saudi Arabia. You will be responsible for managing day-to-day HR operations across both regions, ensuring smooth and efficient HR processes while providing essential administrative support to the HR department and senior leadership.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and maintain HR operations for Jordan and Saudi Arabia, ensuring compliance with local labor laws, social security regulations, and company policies.
- Manage employee relations, including handling employee inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive working environment.
- Administer and process payroll for both countries, ensuring accurate and timely payments, deductions, and compliance with local tax laws and regulations.
- Provide administrative support to the HR department and assist with the organization of HR-related activities, events, and documentation.
- Schedule meetings, manage calendars, and make travel arrangements for the CEO and senior leadership team.
- Stay updated with the latest labor laws, social security rules, and regulations in Saudi Arabia and Jordan, ensuring full compliance with all local requirements.
- Prepare HR documents such as contracts, offer letters, and employee correspondence.
- Act as a point of contact for employees regarding HR inquiries and concerns, offering guidance and resolving issues as they arise.
- Assist with employee onboarding, training, and retention efforts.
- Support the HR Manager in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures.
- Assist in the preparation of HR reports, maintaining records, and handling confidential employee information.
Skills
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Proven experience in HR operations, particularly in Saudi Arabia and Jordan, with a deep understanding of local labor laws, social security systems, and payroll procedures.
- Experience in employee relations, conflict resolution, and HR administration.
- Fluency in Arabic and English is required.
- Valid driving license.
- Strong proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and HRIS (Human Resources Information Systems).
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
