Position Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Office Manager to support our C.E.O. The ideal candidate will be a professional with a degree in Law or Business Administration, possessing at least three years of experience in a similar role. The candidate should be proficient in MS Office, have exceptional documentation skills, and be capable of arranging meetings and handling various administrative tasks for the C.E.O. The Office Manager will be responsible for preparing meeting reports and ensuring the smooth operation of the C.E.O's office.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the C.E.O’s schedule, including arranging and coordinating meetings, appointments, and travel itineraries.
  • Prepare and organize meeting agendas, minutes, and reports.
  • Handle all documentation and correspondence, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Act as a liaison between the C.E.O and internal/external stakeholders.
  • Oversee the organization and maintenance of the C.E.O’s office, ensuring a professional environment.
  • Assist in the preparation of presentations, reports, and other documents as needed.
  • Coordinate and plan company events, meetings, and conferences.
  • Perform other administrative duties as required to support the C.E.O.

Qualifications:

  • Female candidate with a degree in Law or Business Administration.
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Excellent documentation and organizational skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively with diverse teams.
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks efficiently.
