Responsibilities:
- Oversee recruitment and selection processes for new hires.
- Manage employment procedures, contracts, salaries, benefits, and deductions.
- Provide administrative support to employees on policies and procedures.
- Coordinate training and development initiatives for staff.
- Maintain accurate employee records and supervise the fingerprint attendance system.
- Address and resolve employee complaints and issues.
- Ensure employee adherence to laws and company policies.
- Generate reports, official letters, and administrative documents, and maintain organized records.

Required Qualifications:
- Applicants must be exclusively from the Zarqa area.
- Hold a Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field.
- Possess 2-3 years of prior experience in Human Resources.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
- Excellent communication skills in Arabic and English.
- Ability to thrive under pressure and handle multiple tasks effectively.
- Strong organizational and administrative capabilities.
