About the Job:
Support the field service personnel who perform on-site routine services including installation, maintenance, and repair.
Responsibilities
Skills and Competencies:
- Test the services and programs and the merchant information efficiency.
- Fixing faulty terminals within the same day with high-efficiency.
- POS configuration, installation, training and maintenance, service activation .
- Provide new terminals with necessary Applications and keys.
- check the POS configuration, installation, training and maintenance, and service activation.
- Do the Daily, Weekly, and Monthly inventory / added services reports and provide them to the direct manager.
- Control implementation on CORTEX, MXP, TMs, and Middleware Systems.
- Manage the ticketing system issues and requests.
- Create a geographic plan for the POS field support officers daily.
- Any other duties assigned by the direct Manager.
- Settle not-settled transactions as received from the Merchants Services Department on a daily basis.
- Answer queries and resolve issues by phone.
- Enter daily reports on the ticketing system and tracking system.
Qualifications
QUALIFICATIONS
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in computer information systems or any other related field
Experience
- 1 Year of experience in the same Field
Languages
- Arabic and English for Business needs
