Senior Academic Manager

As the Senior Academic Manager, you will play a crucial role in driving the company's growth, overseeing regional sales with a main focus on the Jordanian market, and nurturing relationships with schools, universities, partners, and ministries. Responsibilities:


Senior Academic Manager:


  • Develop and execute a regional business sales strategy aligned with the company's overall objectives, focusing on meeting the company’s target, expanding market share, increasing revenue, and strengthening the company's presence in the region with a main focus on Jordan, and other countries in MEA in coordination and agreement with the Managing Director.


  • Present products and services to prospective customers, as well as attend industry conferences and events to network and promote our offerings when needed.


  • Maintain customer relationships, always ensure customer satisfaction, and track sales data to work towards meeting the sales targets.


  • Identify potential clients and new market opportunities, generate leads, assess market trends, and provide insights to guide strategic decision-making.


  • Monitor and analyze sales performance and market trends to optimize operations and maximize profitability.


  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective implementation of regional strategies, especially with the marketing team.


  • Negotiate contracts and close agreements and ensure compliance with industry regulations, quality standards, and contractual obligations.


  • Provide feedback to the product development team.



Market Intelligence and Reporting:


  • Monitor market trends, competitive landscape, and industry developments, providing regular reports and insights to the Manager Director.


  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify customer needs, preferences, and opportunities for expansion.


  • Provide recommendations on pricing strategies, product assortment, and promotional activities based on market insights.



Work Conditions:


  • Flexible working hours – a remote role with weekly deliverables.
  • Payment at the end of each month.
  • Contract renewal based on performance and deliverables.
  • Travel to new countries.



Qualifications and Experience:


• Bachelor’s degree in education, business administration, or a related field (Master’s preferred).

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales, academic management, or a similar role in the education sector.

• Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets in regional markets, with a focus on Jordan and MEA regions.

• Strong understanding of the education industry, including schools, universities, and government partnerships.

• Excellent leadership, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

• Strong presentation and communication abilities for engaging clients and stakeholders.

• Analytical skills to assess market trends and provide data-driven insights.

• Ability to develop and execute strategic business plans.

• Ability to travel to new countries as needed.

• Flexibility to work remotely with self-discipline to meet weekly deliverables.

• Fluent in English and Arabic.
