Marketing Campaigns

  • Develop targeted marketing campaigns to promote products to construction companies, contractors, architects, and other key industry players.
  • Coordinate both online and offline marketing activities, including email campaigns, social media, digital ads, and print collateral like brochures and catalogs.
  • Plan and execute industry events, such as trade shows, webinars, and product demonstrations, to build relationships and generate leads

Brand Management

  • Establish and maintain a strong brand presence in the construction industry by ensuring consistent messaging across all marketing channels.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop product positioning strategies that resonate with the specific needs of the target audience (e.g., quality, durability, cost-effectiveness).
  • Ensure marketing content highlights the benefits and unique selling points of the company’s building materials and solutions.


Content Creation and Communication

  • Create engaging and informative content, including product specifications, case studies, blog posts, and technical guides for construction professionals.

  • Manage social media accounts and digital platforms, ensuring relevant and valuable content is shared to engage with potential and existing customers.


Performance Tracking and Reporting

  • Track and measure the success of marketing campaigns through KPIs like lead generation, conversion rates, and brand awareness.
  • Provide regular reports to management on campaign performance, insights, and areas for improvement.
  • Continuously refine marketing strategies based on performance data and industry trends

Skills

  • Proven experience in marketing, ideally within the construction, building materials, or related industries.
  • Strong knowledge of B2B marketing techniques and distribution networks.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools (e.g., SEO, social media, email marketing platforms) and traditional marketing methods (e.g., print, trade shows)
  • Excellent communication, writing, and presentation skills.
  • Strong analytical abilities to evaluate campaign performance and market trends.
