Role Overview
As our Executive & Marketing Assistant, you'll wear two important hats: supporting our executive team's daily operations while driving our marketing initiatives forward. This dual role requires exceptional organizational skills, marketing acumen, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
Executive Support Responsibilities
- Manage executive calendars, meetings, and travel arrangements
- Handle correspondence and maintain confidential documentation
- Coordinate team meetings and virtual conferences
- Process invoices and monitor financial documentation
- Ensure smooth communication between executives and stakeholders
- Monitor support team performance across email and WhatsApp channels
- Report teams performance to the management
Marketing Responsibilities
- Develop and manage LinkedIn content strategy and engagement
- Create compelling marketing materials and case studies
- Identify and pursue lead generation opportunities (events, badges, media)
- Monitor and report on marketing KPIs
- Manage customer reviews and testimonials
- Coordinate digital marketing campaigns
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of combined experience in executive assistance and marketing
- Strong background in digital marketing and social media management
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and marketing tools
- Outstanding written and verbal communication abilities
- Experience working remotely and managing multiple priorities
- Knowledge of B2B software industry preferred
