Job purpose:
Perform accounts management related activities for high-value segment, such as network expansion, acquisition and retention, tendering, in order to promote UWallet’s mobile payment services and help achieve company’s targets and strategy. Also, responsible for communicating the latest service/product offerings to the existing and potential clients and create new revenue streams to ensure clients’ satisfaction and meet the targets while adhering to company policies and procedures.
Responsibility:
- Conduct meetings with with potential clients and present UWallet’s products and services.
- Manage high-value segment accounts customer base expansion, acquisition, and retention activities.
- Responsible for generating new sales leads and expanding current accounts portfolio.
- Create proposals and conduct sales presentations to a range of prospective clients and entities, and drafting tendering RFPs/RFQs/RFI’s and liaise with internal stakeholders in the contracting processes .
- Conduct training sessions to introduce existing and new products and services to existing and new clients/partners.
- Build and maintain long-term business relation with high-value customers.
- Respond to existing and potential high-value customers’ inquires and promote new products/services through calls, site visits, …etc.
- Ensure a smooth customer journey and a high customer satisfaction level while adhering to the company’s internal policies and procedures.
- Provide continuous awareness on the new products, services and policies.
- Track sales achievements in comparison to the set targets and report results as needed.
- Perform any other duties or responsibilities assigned by the management falling within the job role’s scope of work including field visits during marketing on field campaigns.
- Handle high-value segment acquisition (Microfinance companies, Buisness Entities, Merchants, Network-type accounts).
