This is a full-time on-site role for a Salesperson at Crystal Plast For Packaging in Amman, Jordan. The Salesperson will be responsible for day-to-day sales activities, including developing leads, managing client accounts, and closing deals. The role requires excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to meet sales targets consistently.
The Sales Representative will be responsible for promoting and selling the company’s products or services to customers, maintaining customer relationships, and achieving sales targets. The role requires effective communication, negotiation skills, and a deep understanding of customer needs to drive business growth.
Main Job Tasks and Responsibilities
- Identify and target new business opportunities through market research and lead generation.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients and prospects.
- Present, promote, and sell products/services to potential customers.
- Conduct product demonstrations and explain the benefits to customers.
- Negotiate prices and terms of sale with clients.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Provide excellent customer service and respond promptly to customer inquiries.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and customer feedback.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure the fulfillment of customer orders and timely delivery.
- Keep up-to-date with product knowledge, market trends, and competitor activities.
- Attend meetings, sales training, and other relevant events as required.

Education and Experience / JOBHOLDER REQUIREMENTS
- A bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
- Proven sales experience (two years) in a relevant industry.
- Strong understanding of sales processes and customer relationship management.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Preferred have experience in HORECA & corporate sectors.
- Valid driver’s license.
