Job Objectives:
To coordinate and manage projects to ensure the achievement of set objectives within the specified timeframe and budget. This includes technical and financial follow-up with various departments, measuring progress, assisting in project proposal writing, and preparing technical reports for donors.
Tasks and Responsibilities:
- Conduct technical and financial follow-up with various departments to ensure project activities are implemented according to approved plans.
- Measure progress against defined indicators and prepare periodic reports on work progress.
- Assist in developing and writing new project proposals in line with the organization’s needs and strategy.
- Coordinate and implement project activities according to the approved timeline.
- Prepare technical reports for donors and ensure compliance with their requirements.
- Participate in coordination meetings with partner organizations, donors, and supporting institutions.
- Ensure proper documentation of project activities and related outputs.
- Support monitoring and evaluation processes and ensure quality standards are applied in project implementation.
- Coordinate with finance and administrative teams to ensure financial disbursements align with the allocated budget.
- Provide support in organizing workshops and events related to projects.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, International Development, Engineering, Economics, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of practical experience in project coordination and management, preferably in civil society organizations or international organizations.
- Experience in preparing technical and financial reports.
- Excellent skills in developing and writing project proposals.
- Proficiency in English (reading, writing, and speaking).
- Strong communication skills and ability to coordinate with multidisciplinary teams.
- Good knowledge of basic computer programs (Microsoft Office) and monitoring and evaluation tools.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working with donors and international organizations.
- Knowledge of procurement systems and financial management for projects.
- Strong analytical and planning skills.
