About the Role


As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for leading both the SDR and SME sales teams, ensuring they achieve and exceed their targets. You will also play a key role in optimizing sales operations and supporting enterprise and channel sales. Reporting directly to the VP of Sales & Customer Success, you will align sales strategies with execution to drive business success.


Key Responsibilities


Team Leadership & Development



  • Lead and mentor the SDR and SME sales teams, ensuring high performance and goal achievement.

  • Monitor and coach team members on outreach, lead qualification, and sales demo effectiveness.

  • Enhance collaboration between SDRs and SME sales teams to optimize lead conversion.

  • Recruit, onboard, and develop top sales talent.


Sales Operations & Revenue Enablement



  • Work closely with the VP of Sales to improve sales processes and efficiency.

  • Support the enterprise and channel sales teams by providing insights, strategies, and tools for closing deals faster.

  • Oversee and guide the Sales Operations Specialist to ensure smooth daily operations.


Sales Strategy & Optimization



  • Develop and implement scalable sales strategies to drive conversions and shorten the sales cycle.

  • Use data-driven insights to analyze and optimize the sales pipeline from lead generation to deal closure.

  • Track key performance metrics in HubSpot to identify growth opportunities.

  • Maintain and update sales materials such as quotations, proposals, and presentations.


Cross-Functional Collaboration



  • Partner with marketing to align lead generation efforts with sales goals.

  • Collaborate with product and customer success teams to enhance the customer journey.

  • Contribute to strategic discussions with senior leadership to shape the company's sales direction.

Skills

Requirements



  • Proven experience in leading sales teams, preferably in a B2B SaaS or tech environment.

  • Strong expertise in sales operations, process optimization, and CRM tools (HubSpot preferred).

  • Excellent communication and writing skills, with the ability to create effective sales materials and strategies.

  • Ability to balance leadership, strategy, and operations in a fast-paced environment.

  • Fluency in English and Arabic.

  • Data-driven, entrepreneurial mindset with a collaborative approach
