 1.Book the requests & inquiries (airway bill number, weight, number of parcels, dimensions, final destination, cargo delivery date, commodity) that the agents send, after checking the space available on the aircrafts all the information mentioned above have to be inserted on cargo-system


2.Receive the phone calls from the customer and books the valuable shipment, and insert all the information on cargo system, and confirm reserved cargo based on the flight capacity.


3.To announces the available space on freighter and passenger aircrafts open for sale to the agents, outstation and handling agents.


4.To manage the offloaded cargo on board the first available flights, and to inform the concerned parties by e-mail about the offloaded cargo, the reason and forwarding details.


5.Achieve sales revenue, and target for the financial year.


6.Close communication and follow up with agents, freight forwarders and protentional customers through phone call and sales activities.


7.Analyzing cargo volumes booked on incoming flights and working to increase sales on low-selling sections.


8.Monitoring market conditions and service offerings of other airlines to improve Royal Jordanian services and increase sales volume.


9.Look for opportunities and markets to enhance sales channels.
