Job Summary:

The Senior UX Designer will lead the user experience design of data-intensive products and dashboards by transforming complex data into clear, actionable, and interactive user interfaces. The role focuses on designing data visualizations that enable informed decision-making across web and mobile platforms.

Job Description:

• Design wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity visual concepts for complex data dashboards.
• Translate raw data sets into intuitive charts, graphs, and infographics.
• Collaborate closely with developers, data analysts, and product teams to understand technical and business requirements.
• Lead and conduct user research and usability testing to validate design decisions.
• Ensure design consistency and accessibility standards are maintained.
• Provide mentorship to junior designers within the team.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

• Experience designing dashboards and complex interfaces
• Familiarity with BI tools like Power BI
• Working knowledge of accessibility and responsive design

Preferences:

• Experience with Power BI, or other data platforms
• Exposure to agile development environments
• Knowledge of data visualization libraries (D3.js, Chart.js)

Education:

Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Computer Science, or related field

Experience:

Minimum 5 years of UX design experience with at least 2 years working on data-driven applications or platforms
